If you are using the Service on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
BY USING ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
Astrid Club is an online fitness subscription platform offering 12-week glute-focused workout programs for women, available in Home and Gym versions. Our Service provides educational tools and resources for fitness, health, and overall wellbeing, including but not limited to:
All workout programs are delivered through the EverFit mobile application. Upon purchase, our team will manually set up your EverFit account within 24 hours and send you an invitation to access your program.
Astrid Club offers the following monthly subscription plans, billed on a recurring monthly basis for a 12-week (3-month) program period:

All prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly to your chosen payment method. You will be charged on the date of your initial purchase and on the same date each subsequent month.
There are no free trial periods offered for any subscription plan or custom meal plan. The app is a free download and you will not be billed until you complete the purchase of your desired program.
Your chosen subscription fee will be billed directly to your chosen form of payment. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid service interruptions. You can update your payment method by contacting us at support@astridclub.net.
Astrid Co Inc reserves the right to adjust subscription prices from time to time. We will inform you in advance of any price changes, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We will notify you via email if a payment issue occurs.
Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@astridclub.net.
If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. Your access to the Service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any amounts already billed. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
All sales are final for subscription programs and coaching plans. Automatic monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month, but any amounts already paid will not be refunded.

In order to use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it to keep it current. If you provide information that is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, do not share your account credentials with anyone else. Account creation for the Astrid Club member dashboard is intentionally separated from the checkout process. After purchase, you will receive an invitation by email to create your account once your EverFit access has been set up by our team.
All workout programs are delivered through the EverFit mobile application, available for download on iOS and Android. Astrid Co Inc does not provide the equipment or devices needed to use the Service. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties to access and use the Service, including charges by internet service providers or mobile carriers.
After your purchase is confirmed, our team will add you to EverFit within 24 hours and send an invitation to the email address provided at checkout. You must download the EverFit app and log in using that email address to access your workout program.
Astrid Co Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service without notice. Astrid Co Inc will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Astrid Club offers fitness and nutrition information designed for educational purposes only. The content provided through the Service, including but not limited to workout programs, nutrition plans, and coaching guidance, is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Astrid Co Inc is not a healthcare provider and the Service should not be considered medical advice. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
We do not recommend engaging in any fitness activity without appropriate supervision if you are pregnant. Please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program during or after pregnancy.
Astrid Co Inc shall not be held liable for any damages, conditions, or injuries that may occur directly or indirectly from engaging in any activities presented through the Service.
Astrid Co Inc collects registration and other information about you through the Service. Our collection and use of this information is described in the Astrid Club Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Optional SMS Marketing. If you separately and expressly opt in, Astrid Co Inc (Astrid Club) may send you recurring marketing text messages about Astrid Club fitness programs, offers, and promotions at the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number, making a purchase, or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to SMS marketing. SMS marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@astridclub.net.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information on our behalf to provide and support our services, including message delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless you specifically request otherwise prior to submitting your progress photos or other content to Astrid Club, you grant Astrid Co Inc a lifetime, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted photographs and content for marketing purposes.
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to workout programs, nutrition plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Astrid Co Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Service without express written permission from Astrid Co Inc.
If you provide feedback to Astrid Co Inc regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that the Feedback is not confidential and you authorize Astrid Co Inc to use that Feedback without restriction and without payment to you.
Astrid Co Inc offers the Service "as is" and "as available." We and our associates disclaim all warranties, both expressed and implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service or the accuracy and integrity of transmitted data.
WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU UTILIZE THE SITE AND SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
Neither Astrid Co Inc nor its partners will be held accountable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to profit loss, data loss, or reputation damage related to use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim or $10.
You will defend, protect, and hold Astrid Co Inc, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors, and distributors harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, and liability caused by your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party through use of the Service.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@astridclub.net. Astrid Co Inc may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we suspect you have violated any provision of these Terms.
You remain solely liable for all obligations related to your use of the Service, even after you have stopped using it.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any judicial proceedings will be brought in and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts in Florida.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, THAT CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Astrid Co Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If we modify these Terms, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are solely responsible for all fees charged by your telecommunications service provider related to your use of the Service, including SMS or text messaging fees and data charges.
