You may provide this information when you purchase a subscription, create an account, upload progress photos, send messages to your coach, or contact us for support.
1.2 Progress Photos. Progress photos you upload through the member dashboard are stored securely and are accessible to your assigned coach and authorized Astrid Club staff only. Unless you specifically request otherwise, by submitting photos to Astrid Club you grant Astrid Co Inc a lifetime, royalty-free, worldwide license to use those photographs for marketing purposes.
1.3 Payment Information. When you make a purchase, payment information (including card details) is processed securely through Stripe. Astrid Co Inc does not store your full payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
1.4 Phone Numbers and SMS Marketing. We may collect your phone number through checkout or an SMS sign-up form. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS marketing. We send SMS marketing messages only when you separately and expressly opt in. Your choice to receive marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw your SMS marketing consent by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@astridclub.net. Additional SMS details appear in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
1.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movements, and gather demographic information. You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are sent or choose not to accept cookies, though this may limit access to some features of the Service.
1.6 Log Files. We automatically gather certain information and store it in log files, including IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. We may combine this information with other data we collect about you to improve the Service.
1.7 Health and Fitness Information. To provide the full functionality of our Service, we may collect health, diet, nutrition, and exercise information you submit through the platform, including meal plan preferences, fitness goals, and progress data.

3.1 We work with third party service providers (including Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, EverFit for workout delivery, and email and SMS marketing platforms) to provide and support our Service. These third parties may have access to your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
3.2 We may make aggregate, non-personally-identifiable information available to third parties for reporting, business, or marketing purposes.
3.3 Marketing and SMS Information. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records. The service providers described in Section 3.1 may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide and support our services, including delivering text messages. That limited processing does not permit those providers to use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
3.4 We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a court order, judicial or government subpoena or warrant, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
3.5 In the event that all or a portion of Astrid Co Inc or its assets are acquired by or merged with a third party, we reserve the right to transfer the information we have collected from users in connection with such merger, acquisition, or sale. You have the ability to opt out of receiving promotional email communications from us through opt-out links provided in our messages. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply STOP to any text message we send you.
You may update, correct, or request deletion of your profile information at any time by contacting us at support@astridclub.net. Please note that while changes are reflected promptly in active databases, we may retain certain information for backup, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

Astrid Club serves clients globally across 190+ countries. The Service is hosted in the United States. If you choose to use the Service from outside the United States, please note that you are transferring your personally identifiable information to the United States for storage and processing. By providing your information on the Service, you consent to that transfer, storage, and processing under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
