Information we collect
We may collect contact details, account information, program selections, questionnaire responses, progress photos, coach messages and transaction references needed to operate the service.
Payments
Card and wallet credentials are handled by payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Astrid Club does not store full card numbers or CVV values.
How information is used
We use information to provide programs, personalize coaching, administer accounts, process billing, communicate with members, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
Access & security
Role-based access limits member information to authorized staff. Members should protect their passwords and contact us if they believe an account is compromised.
Your requests
You may contact Astrid Club to request reasonable access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to legal and transaction-record obligations.
