At Astrid Club, we stand behind the quality of our programs and coaching. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines the terms under which refunds are and are not available.
All sales are final for subscription programs and coaching plans. Automatic monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@astridclub.net. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. Your access to the program and the EverFit app will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
Any amounts paid prior to or scheduled prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
If your subscription is canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, your access to the Astrid Club member dashboard and EverFit program will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, access will be revoked.
The Home Program and Gym Program are separate subscription products and are not interchangeable. Each program is sold separately. The Home & Gym Bundle provides access to both programs under a single subscription.
